NAP Nyrt.’s general meeting authorized the board to carry out a private capital increase of up to HUF 2,000,000,000 through interest-bearing shares. The decision creates an option but does not itself constitute a share issue.
MBH Bank reported a loss of 22,537 million forints for the first half of 2026 after a profit of 53,526 million forints a year earlier. Its reviewed IFRS statements show lower net interest income, higher operating costs and a weaker impairment balance.
